Conference Package Information

Moore Park Inn is ideally located less than 2 kms from Armidale Airport and only 4 kms from the CBD.  Set in quiet, rural acres, our modern, naturally well lit conference rooms equipped with the latest audio visual aids provide the perfect environment for all of your conferencing needs.  

Our fully licensed award winning restaurant, “Archie’s on the Park” is open Monday to Saturday and can provide all of your conference catering and function requirements.  Our Chefs take great pride in delivering a product of the highest quality to our guests. 

Conference Packages for In House Guests

Executive Package -

Includes accommodation, three course dinner and fully cooked country breakfast and full conference catering

Business Package -

Includes accommodation, two course dinner and continental breakfast and full conference catering

Evening meals for those dining with guests on packages - minimum of 15 guests up to maximum of 40

Please note: numbers under 12 may have full choice from our A La Carte Menu and will be priced on consumption. Therefore, the chosen conference package will need to be adjusted to reflect this arrangement. Should the menu alter from that of a choice menu, then pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Room Hire - $150.00 full day / $100.00 half day

Covers use of all audio visual aids including data projector

CONFERENCE CATERING – DAY DELEGATES

please note special dietary requirements can be catered for and should be advised in advance

$45 per person per day

Morning & Afternoon Tea – you may choose one of the following:
A choice of more than one is available, however the number of portions per person will be reduced.
Alternatively, if you wish to allow one portion of each choice per person, an extra charge will apply.

• freshly baked scones – plain with jam & cream, cheese & bacon, date
• Mediterranean quiche
• ham, cheese & onion quiche
• blueberry muffins
• banana muffins
• lemon & poppyseed muffins
• sausage rolls
• anzac biscuits
• date loaf
• danish pastries
• chocolate cake
• carrot cake
• slices
• whole fruit or fruit skewers

all served with freshly brewed tea & coffee


Lunch – you may choose one of the following:

• a selection of sandwiches on a mix of multigrain & white sandwich bread
• gourmet sandwiches served open style on crusty French bread
• toasted foccacia bread, served open style with a selection of fillings
• crusty bread rolls with a selection of fillings
• The good old Auzzie Burger – filled with: (all fillings are optional)
• premium quality mince beef pattie, onion, tomato, beetroot, cheese, fried egg, bacon & lettuce
• Mexican style with beef & chicken Fajitas & Tacos
• quiche (ham, onion, cheese/Mediterranean) chicken skewers, fresh garden salad, crusty breads
• homemade pizza – Meatlovers, Hawaiian, Vegetarian, Margarita, Basquaise, (you may create your own)
• buffet style of shaved ham, shaved roasted beef, marinated chicken, fresh salad & crusty breads
• individual Shepherd’s Pie (for numbers of 10 or less) served with seasonal green vegetables & crusty fresh bread
• Italian Selection: please choose two of the following:
• fettucini carbonara, beef or vegetarian lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise,
• beef stroganoff,  chicken chasseur, chicken cacciatore
• all of our Italian Selection is served with either steamed rice & seasonal green vegetables & crusty fresh bread
• or fresh garden salad & crusty fresh bread

all served with orange juice, water, freshly brewed tea & coffee
